Order Cancellation, Return & Exchange Requests

To initiate a cancellation, return, or exchange request, please contact us via email —---------------stating the following information:

International Orders

  • Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.

Defective Items (International Orders)

In the rare event that an item arrives defective, please email us clear photographs of the item. Upon verification, we will issue an immediate full refund for the item value.

 


 

Refund Timeline

Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund request.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 4–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

 


 

Domestic Orders – Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for domestic orders under the following conditions:

  • Request to be done same day and to pay the shipping cost , during sales exchange or return same day
